Complete MEP systems design for a large luxury residence overlooking Central Park in NYC.

This project consisted of very unique HVAC design, complicated electrical engineering analysis, and in-depth plumbing design that required coordinated integration into a nearly 100 year old building. This residence contained the design of complex humidifcation schemes, high-end kitchen appliances, and lighting/AV controls throughout to which our team carefully applied engineering design to make the clients vision possible.
