Complete MEP systems design for a ground-up, six-story, private education facility intended to serve children with high-functioning autism spectrum disorder in the effort to cultivate a sense of independence, helping them grow into productive members of their community.

This facility consisted of a new construction design including multiple floors of classrooms, a gymnasium, outdoor play areas, commerical kitchen, religious areas, and many conference and office spaces for faculty and staff.
